Full Wedding Coordinator

It’s finally happened! You are engaged! Now what do you do? As we work together with both of you we will make your dreams become a reality. We take you from the proposal to the “I Do!” by attending every meeting with you and being the point person during the entire planning process. We will make this experience a truly enjoyable and memorable time, all while ensuring each detail is finalized and personalized. This package is perfect for those who know what they want, but need assistance making it all happen. We offer strategic planning, design, execution, vendor management and budgeting.  As part of vendor management, we can work with vendors you’ve chosen or a combination of our vendor relationships which can often allow us to offer our client’s competitive pricing. This package will also include a Day of Coordinator and assistant to ensure your day is perfect from start to finish!

Partial Wedding Coordinator

This package is for the couple who have been planning this day since forever (or so it feels!). You have many wonderful ideas of what you are looking for but you just don’t know where to start or when to compromise. We will work with you and your soulmate to combine both your ideas into the dream day you have both been waiting for on every aspect of design and decor.  We designed this a la carte package for the couple who needs a little assistance adding those critical details and completing those finishing touches that make this occasion uniquely theirs. It also includes a Day of Coordinator and assistant who will take all the details off your plate and execution of the event off your plate allowing you and your families to relax and enjoy this special occasion.

Day of Wedding Coordinator

You have been working on this day since the minute you said “I Do.” Everything is ready to go except you don’t want to worry about all of the little things on your Big Day! We will help you to coordinate the timeline, as well as communicate all of the set up and strike details with your vendors. This is the perfect package for those who have put their vision into place, but want assistance making sure it happens, allowing the couple and their families to truly enjoy the big day.
